TOS and Payment

I. RESERVATION & SLOTS

RESERVATION FEE: To secure a slot in my queue, a non-refundable deposit of $10.89 USD is required.
✒This fee covers the $10 deposit + PayPal processing fees.
✒The $10 will be deducted from the final balance of your commission.
✒Example: If the total is $100, you pay $10.89 to reserve and the final balance will be $90.EXPIRATION: If the balance is not paid within 48 hours of reaching the payment phase without prior notice, the slot will be forfeited.

II. PAYMENT STRUCTURE

✒ METHODS: PayPal (Invoices), Binance, or Crypto (USDT).
Note: PayPal fees are to be covered by the client.✒ UPFRONT RULE: 100% Upfront payment is required for orders under $100 USD.✒ 50/50 SPLIT: For orders over $90:50% initial deposit to start the sketch phase.50% remaining balance due after the detailed sketch is approved.DELIVERY: No final high-res files will be delivered until the full payment is cleared.

III. WORKFLOW & REVISIONS

✒ PHASE 1: POSE & COMPOSITION (EXPLORATORY)
This is the brainstorming phase. We will go through as many rough sketches as needed until you are 100% satisfied with the idea. No revision limits here.✒ PHASE 2: DETAILED SKETCH
A clean version of the approved pose. This is the LAST CHANCE for major structural, anatomical, or perspective changes.✒ PHASE 3: LINEART & FLAT COLORS
The remaining balance must be paid once this phase starts. Only minor color adjustments are allowed from this point forward.✒ PHASE 4: FINAL RENDERING
Application of textures, metallic reflections, and lighting. Structural changes are strictly prohibited at this stage.

IV. USAGE & RIGHTS

✒ PERSONAL USE: The client is granted a license for non-commercial use (social media, wallpapers, personal printing).✒ COMMERCIAL USE: Any use for profit (merchandising, brand promotion, Twitch/YouTube assets) requires a separate Commercial Fee and a written agreement.✒ OWNERSHIP: I (the Artist) retain all copyrights. I reserve the right to post the artwork for portfolio/social media unless a Privacy Fee is negotiated.✒ STRICT PROHIBITION: Tracing, editing, or utilizing my work for AI Training, Dataset inclusion, or NFT/Blockchain projects is strictly forbidden. Any violation will result in immediate blacklisting and legal action.

V. REFUND POLICY

✒ RESERVATION FEE ($10.89): Always non-refundable.✒ SKETCH PHASE: 50% refund of the remaining balance if cancelled.✒ RENDER PHASE: No refunds issued once rendering has begun.
